Foster Care for Shelter Animals

Foster care is the most life-saving service you can provide for animals
at our shelter. The animals in most need of foster care are:

Nursing mothers with litters less than 4 weeks old

Litters between 4 and 8 weeks old

Adult dogs and cats recovering from an upper respiratory infection

Adult dogs recovering from heartworm treatment

Unweaned puppies and kittens without a nursing mother that require bottle feeding
